Winter months are the perfect time to enjoy Chi-cuterie. Our calendar will be filling up with new events as we move into the New Year. Until then, snuggle up on the sofa in our Bourbon Room and watch the snow fall over our quaint town while sipping a hot toddy! On sunnier days the Gathering Room fills with natural light inviting you to sip and snack, followed by some time shopping of course!

Join us for workshops and tastings too. We offer regular classes to learn to create charcuterie and taste our favorite spirits.

Created from downed trees salvaged from local farms, Chi-cuterie boards are considered “legacy pieces” because they are designed to last for generations. Add a name, date, event, logo or other text to make them even more memorable. With or without custom engraving, our Legacy Boards can be shipped anywhere in the continental US from our location in Geneva, Il.
