Join us in our beautiful historic Geneva location to experience NEW "Flight Night" Series. This event will focus on the art of Blending and finishing whiskeys. The featured bourbons and whiskeys will be paired perfectly with amazing local cheeses, meats, and all the accoutrements. We will have a special guest, Ephraim Cuellar, from Chattanooga Whiskey (check out all their awards and press in images below). Ephraim will guide you through the evening, sharing their vast knowledge of the products and blending methods that we will feature.
